Live calls are answered from 8:00AM until around 4:00PM, Monday through Friday and 8:00AM until 12:00PM on Saturdays.
Existing customers may send us a text message to 561-339-2980 after hours as well and we will respond as soon as possible. Each customer's phone number is stored in our phone for easily tracking each text message to its owner. You may inquire about availability, book your next service or make changes to your existing service via text.
Please keep in mind that Palm Beach Maid is a locally owned small business. Each call is answered by the owner of the company. Each applicant is screened, interviewed, selected and trained by the owner of the company. We spend time purchasing supplies and other business related tasks during the day.
